Maggie lives in Ajax and is a mom in a blended family with four kids. I love spending time with my people close to my heart, help others, read & learn and be in nature as much as possible.I am the owner of Stairway to Leadership, business and leadership coaching practice. I help entrepreneurs run their businesses strategically so that they can successfully stand out from the crowd, eliminate overwhelm and lead a balanced life.

I have an extensive background in operational leadership from the corporate world. I have done a lot: people leadership, managed operations of a 24/7/365 critical department, a portfolio of facilities, lead small construction projects and North American programs; business analytics, technology upgrades & implementations.

I strongly believe in giving back to the communities we live in. I am on Board of Directors for the Women’s Multicultural Recourse and Concealing Centre of Durham (WMRCC) and a percentage of profits from running my business goes to charities as well.
